Jon Chung was born in Singapore on February 17 1986.  Some of Jon’s fondest childhood memories involved him exploring worlds created by the great designers at companies such as Nintendo, Squaresoft and Capcom.  Jon also developed a life long love for Magic the Gathering, a game that he considers to be the most influential to his design methodology. 

     

Jon moved around a lot as he grew up but found that the love of games, whether they are of the traditional or digital variety, transcended things such as language and culture.

Jon is currently residing in San Francisco where he works at Zynga as game designer on Farmville 2.
